The fourth of July weekend means you might have some regrets of all the things you ended up eating at the BBQ or party that you didn’t intend to. And besides, the weekend has just begun, who knows what else it will bring with lots of delicious goodies.
Well you don’t have to deprive yourself of all of that goodness, but you can make up for it with a little exercise. Nothing serious, but every little bit helps. You may have burned more calories than you thought just by getting ready for your party.
So go ahead and eat that potato salad, cheeseburger and yummy dessert and check out these ways to burn a quick 100 calories. You could actually try to fit a few in throughout the day and feel good on Monday once this weekend of BBQ and beer is over.
If you just add one of these activities to your daily routine for 30 days, you will burn an extra 3000 calories a month!
