I am all about staying young looking. I use all the products, but I know that there is more to it and the best way to have beautiful young-looking skin is from the inside out. It helps with acne, smooth skin and age spots.

    I love every single thing in this list – except walnuts (allergy)!
    I think I will need to add more dark chocolate and guac (w/margarita) to my diet!!
