Easiest Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies - Diet Friendly

I love these cookies. The best part is that I can have a few and not ruin my WW points for the day. They don't taste diet and they are easy peasy to make. When I eat them, I really do feel like I am cheating. Depending on the extras that you add, they can be anywhere from 1 pt to 4 points. I added chocolate chips and icing and made them a little larger than the recipe called for so the cookies pictured were 4 points each. But that is still pretty damn good if you ask me.

Pumpkin Cookies
1 can pumpkin
1 box spice cake mix
Non-stick cooking spray

That is it! Mix together, spray the pan with cooking spray and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 24 cookies. The best part is that it is only 98 calories 2.7 grams of fat. That is only 2 weight watchers points! For 1 point cookies make 48 cookies. You can make anything with this recipe; cupcakes, cookies, cake, muffins. I like to add chocolate chips to my recipe and it is only 47 more calories or 1 more weight watchers point! Or add 2 points if you make 24 cookies.

Icing
This is really easy too. I just put some powdered sugar in a bowl and added milk until it reached the consistency that I liked. I didn't add butter to keep the calories down. This added only 1 point to my large cookie.
