Wearing leather to brunch? Who do I think I am? We are breaking the rules around here and taking names. I think this outfit brings femininity from the lace and follows the rock 'n' roll trend with the leather. I can't stop thinking about this leather and edgy trend. Especially after the post I wrote this week Fall Fashion Trend: Rocking Out & Being Edgy.
I just love this outfit. And, you know what? The dress is white and it's after labor day. Oh well! I wish some people would get with the times and realize that this is not the 1950s' and that old way of thinking is out the door! The jacket, being leather or any fabric, is perfect for the morning brisk air of fall.
You might be wondering why I have two different shoes. Well, I couldn't decide and I loved them both. So I will let you decide, which is best. Now I just need them in my closet so I can have the hard time deciding there. But until then, a girl can dream and put two different shoes in her damn fashion collage.
So for this Sunday morning, take a listen to the OGs of Leather and Lace by my girl Stevie Nicks and Don Henley.
