9 Tbs butter at room temperature
1 tsp. dried herbes de Provence
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. cracked pepper
1 tube refrigerated large biscuit douch like Pillsbury Grands
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 8 muffin cups with cooking spray, or cupcake liners work well too. In a bowl, stir parsley into 6 Tbs butter. Set aside.
In large microwave-safe bowl, microwave remaining 3 Tbs. butter on High in 15-seconds intervals until melted. Stir in herbes de Provence, garlic powder and pepper. Cut each biscuit into 3 pieces. Working with 3 pieces at a time, toss dough into melted butter mixture until coated. Place dough pieces with two round sides and one cut side facing up in muffin cups.
Repeat with remaining dough and butter mixture. Bake 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes. Serve with parsley butter.
