These Are The Routines You Need For Better Health

January 22, 2026 By Erin Kennedy Leave a Comment

If you have entered 2026 with the idea that you are going to take better care of your health then you may be on the lookout for tips and tricks. There are so many news articles and guidelines out there these days regarding what is good for your health, and what isn’t. However, some of these methods might not suit your own health and lifestyle choices. At times, it can be best to take your health back to basics.

Check out the article below to find out more on how you can get into a great routine to better your overall health.

Drink More

One of the best things you can do for your health is up your water intake. As your body is made up of around 70% water, it is essential you keep your levels up throughout the day. It is common for you to lose water at regular intervals, when you pee, when you breathe, and when you sweat. If you lose too much without replacing it then you can quickly begin to feel the effects of dehydration. This is something nobody wants and you will want to fill up on water rather quickly. If you struggle with your water intake then you could try various methods to drink more, a sports bottle for instance or flavored water pods.

Gym Days

Next, you will want to try and aim for around 45 minutes of vigorous exercise each day. This can be anything at all, as long as it gets your heart rate up then you are doing good for your body. Getting into the habit of great exercise routines can be tricky, especially if you are struggling with confidence levels. However, once you find the exercise you love then it will be hard work staying away. You don’t need to hit the gym these days to get a good workout, you can exercise in the comfort of your home without any equipment necessary. Check online for some workout videos you can follow along with, this could be HIIT or even pilates.

Spa Days

Finally, nobody said self care wasn’t important. If you are looking after your physical health then you should also take note of your mental health as well. If you love nothing more than rest and relaxation then you could hit the local spa. Check out Spencer’s Spa and the treatments they offer to help you feel a little more yourself. If you take care of your mental health everything else will fall into place. If you don’t want to head to the spa yourself then you could always ask your friends. The spa makes for a wonderful day out where you can all relax and unwind, you could even make a day of it and go out for dinner afterwards.

So there you have it, we hope you now have a greater understanding of how to look after every aspect of your health and wellbeing. It isn’t easy but making small changes now will make a world of difference further down the line.
