Happy Memorial day weekend! There is nothing like a delicious salad for the summer. These salad are so good and perfect to use any of them for this weekend and kick off summer.
These look so good and it happens that I am on a serious salad kick right now. It is too hot to even get close to turning the oven or stove on. Nothing like a yummy salad with a cool cocktail on a summer day to cool off and enjoy the heat. Sounds like perfect weekend plans to me.

These salads look so good. I would like to try the Grilled Peach Salad with Blue Cheese, Bacon, and Sweet and Sour Dressing. This sounds delicious. :-)
