It’s the end of the day of a long week, and it’s Friday! Time for a cocktail and/or chocolate. Why not just have them all in one?
This chocolate martini is absolutely decadent. The best part? It won’t ruin my diet (avoid these 4 diet mistakes).
If you can believe it, it is only 112 calories per serving! It is cocktails and dessert all in one! I saw this recipe on Hungry Girl and I can’t think of a better way to end this busy week than with this treat. Believe me, you will be in heaven with this cocktail. Yum!
Chocolate Martini
1 package diet hot cocoa powder
2 ounces of hot water
2 ounces of cold water
2 ounces sugar free chocolate syrup (or any S.F. syrup you like, coconut, vanilla, caramel, etc.)
3 ounces of vodka
3 Tbs fat free whipped cream
Ice
Directions:
Dissolve hot cocoa powder in the hot water. Add the cold water, syrup and vodka. Stir. Add whipped cream and stir until dissolved (adds creaminess to cocktail.) Pour into cocktail shaker full of ice and shake until chilled. Pour into 2 martini glasses and add chocolate shavings.
Makes 2 servings.
Only 112 Calories per serving.
As you can see I added a little of the fat free whipped cream on top with some cocoa powder. It only added a few more calories, and it is totally worth it for me.

if you are diabetic or watching your calorie intake, VODKA is your best choice!
