Water. We all know that it is important for so many reasons, but do we really drink enough? Probably not. We all could drink a little more water, and now there are five reasons why you should be drinking water first thing in the morning.
You may find some advantages that you never knew of, and that can possibly convince you to down that glass of water before you do anything else. I may have to listen to my mom for once and have a glass next to my bed each night so it is ready for me when I wake up. I think these 5 reasons will convince me. Mom would be so proud!

I so agree with the above. I read a fab book called ‘Your Body’s Many Cries for Water; You’re Not Sick You’re Thirsty’ by Dr F Batmangheligj. I strongly recommend it. You will never look at your glass of water in the same but as liquid gold ;-)

When I am good about drinking water, my skin definitely looks better, and I have a lot more energy. :)

I agree with the issued of drinking water ,I’m 51 years old and Im 21yrs HIV positive no medication ,it just happen that every morning before i can do anything I drink water ,I’m not saying Im better but it is how I bit this deseas,is by God Grace that he gave me the
