For Valentine’s weekend I wanted to make a little treat, but I didn’t have a lot of time to get crazy with baking. I wanted something easy. Then I remembered a treat one of my girlfriend’s made, and added a little V-day twist by adding some pink, red, and white sprinkles. My husband can’t stop eating them, so luckily if I run out before Monday, I can take 5 min and make them again.
3 easy ingredients. Rolo’s (love me some caramel,) pretzels and milk chocolate chips.
Pre-heat your oven to 350′ and place each Rolo on each pretzel.
Warm in the oven for 2-3 min. Then add another pretzel on top of the Rolo and smash down.
Don’t mind the missing one, I had to try it out of course. Don’t all great chefs have to try out their work?
Put a few chocolate chips in a plastic bag and warm in 30 sec intervals in the microwave until melted.
Cut a small hole in the tip of the plastic bag and use to decorate the top of the pretzel.
Add sprinkles. Let cool. But they are freaking good when they are still a little warm.
Enjoy! Easy Valentine treats!

YUM! I’ll have to try these. I make something similar using just the bottom pretzel & rolo. After warming in the oven, press a pecan into the soft rolo and let cool for a tasty “pretzel turtle.”
