Christina Hendricks, 36, is on the cover of August’s Lucky Magazine. Christina looks absolutely stunning in her curvalicious dress. I love that she makes no apologies for her curves, and embraces them, and that she is becoming a fast and furious A-list actress. I actually do not watch ‘Mad Men,’ but I have only heard amazing things about the show. I see her all over the place, so I am sure that I am missing out on this hit show. Here are some of the things Christina revealed in her interview.
On dressing her busty figure:
“I have to be careful about my proportions and keep it simple,” says Hendricks. “What works for me is structure and something that shows my waist.”
On her least favorite outfit:
“It’s really hard to find a bathing suit if you have breasts,” she says. “You either get smooshed down or there’s no support. My husband and I have sketched out designs.”
On why she opted to dye her hair at age 10:
“I was obsessed with Anne of Green Gables, so I wanted red hair,” she says. “My mom said, ‘I’ll throw a rinse on it.’”
I LOVE her! I too am a curvy girl with a health boob area. I agree that when dressing a curvy, busty figure, you have to accentuate the tiny waist! I’m just happy to see that Hollywood is redefining its definition of beauty.
