I made this video today (proud of myself figuring out Youtube) and I couldn’t wait to share because this is a super easy and mess-free way to separate your egg white and egg yolks. Perfect for those egg-white omelets or for those super rich and delicious recipes that ask for just egg-yolks.
Just get an empty plastic bottle and you’re on your way. You can also crack a few eggs into the bowl and use the bottle to take them out one at a time. Check out my quick video!
This is so brilliant! I usually make such a mess separating the yolks, I’ll definitely be doing this now!
