I have a weakness for yummy cheesy potatoes. This recipe calls for 3 ingredients. I added garlic because, well everything is better with garlic. It is so creamy. so cheesy and just so damn delish! Just looking at my pics again makes me want to make them this weekend. I don’t think I will hear any complaints.
Directions:
6 small potatoes or 3 large potatoes
1 pint heavy cream
2 cups cheese. (I use cheddar and jack.)
2 cloves chopped garlic.
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch pepper
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut up potatoes any way you like. I cut mine into thin shoe string. Place potatoes, chopped garlic, cream, cheese, salt and pepper, into 9×12 pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake for about 45 -55 min, depending on how crispy you want the top.
Enjoy! You will not be disappointed.
