When Girl Meets 30

Easiest Super Bowl Party Drinks

February 5, 2011 By Erin Kennedy Leave a Comment

Easy and non-time consuming party’s are the theme this year. (At least for us.) Yet, we all want to have a good time. We have some delicious, easy, enough for the masses, drinks. Who has time to sit and make each drink individually? When would I find the time to sit and watch the commercials?

White Wine Sangria

  • 1 bottle of white wine (It can be any kind, Riesling, Chablis, Pinot Grisio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, etc.)
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 lime sliced
  • 1/2 liter club soda or ginger ale (ginger ale if you want it sweeter.)
Directions:
Pour wine into a punch bowl or pitcher. Squeeze all citrus into wine. Add the fruit you just squeezed minus the seeds. Add sugar and chill over night. Before serving add soda.
If you want to serve immediately use chilled wine and lots of ice.
