Layering shirts can look so cute, and are right on trend for fashion these days. They actually might be necessary if you live in the mid-western or eastern states right about now and you’re freezing!
However, sometimes your button up can get bunched up and make you look frumpy.
So what is the solution? A simple tank top. A form fitting tank top will work best. Wearing your tank top in-between your button-up and sweater will help to smooth everything out. It presses and flattens the fabric and buttons against your torso hiding any bunchiness or frumpiness.
This is actually a slimming tip too. It can help you to look a few pounds thinner by adding more clothes! This will let you show off your waist, rather than making you look like you don’t have one otherwise.
This tip also works well if your button up is a little baggy, by smoothing everything out.

Great tip! I always wonder how to keep from looking like a frumpy mess when I layer.
