Are you trying to lose weight (read the latest groundbreaking research), but sometimes just can’t help but to give into your cravings? If I am anywhere near chips and salsa, or potato chips, it is over. I just try to justify that I will just have a few, or that I deserve them because I have been doing so well. Then, I usually stuff myself with the chips, that I am not hungry for the salad I ordered for dinner. I have been trying to do a lot better and found out how much it will take to work out for some of my favorite treats. It is a motivator. But at the same time, it is nice to know these numbers in case I need to work out a little longer. But at the same time, maybe it will help me keep my hand out of the bag.
