Phoenix Fashion Week: Silvia Bours – A Unique Piece of Art

Silvia Bours is a designer that puts together an equal amount of art and design. All the way from Mexico, this emerging designer has put together a line that is interesting to the eye and full of amazement. Inspiration from the Victorian era, Silvia has put together a show that included powdered pink wigs and models lined up tight with corsets and tulle. I loved this show. It was truly unique.
