Phoenix Fashion Week: Veronica Brett – Swimwear For Breast Cancer Survivors

I loved this line and what it represents. Patricia Brett designs her line especially for breast cancer survivors and women who have had risk-reducing mastectomies. Patricia named her line after her aunt who passed away from breast cancer at age 44. Patricia had found out that many of her cousins, aunts and sisters had been diagnosed with cancer or the gene that is predisposed to cancer. Patricia herself found out that she carried the gene as well. Patricia then came to the difficult decision to have a full mastectomy.
