Losing weight. How can I put this eloquently — it’s a Bitch. Here we are in January and it’s only a few months away for bathing suit season. No, I didn’t say bikini season because well, I don’t even need to go there.
For some people they can hire a personal trainer to help them and lay out exactly what they need to do everyday to lose weight (read the latest groundbreaking research). For most of us, we don’t have that luxury. If I had extra money to throw around then my first choice of help would not be a personal trainer. I would hire a maid, a nanny, a chef, (not in any particular order,) then lastly, I guess I would get the trainer. But I digress, we all need help sometimes and an outline of what to do can be very helpful and very motivating.
