This recipe is perfect to make for brunch or breakfast. This is the type of recipe that I would love to make for a shower brunch or just have some friends over. The recipe is is just as simple as making a pancake on a griddle, but then you just bake it. That leaves plenty of time to make the traditional brunch beverage. The mimosa’s of course!
