I am always looking for those little easy tips that will melt the weight off effortlessly. There are not too many, but every once in awhile I will come across a tip that is just awesome. I heard about a girl who who would take down 1/2 tsp of cinnamon on a spoon before each meal with a glass of water. Whatever works for you, but you have to make sure you do this trick everyday for it to be effective in losing weight.
