The Simplest Low Fat Delicious Pumpkin Desserts

This time of year is notorious for weight gain. All I hear on the news is how the average weight gain is 6-8 pounds. I found a recipe that is so easy and delectable and it fits in perfectly for the holidays! It would be great to bring to office parties, pot luck’s, or if you are just in the mood for some pumpkin goodness.

1 can pumpkin
1 box spice cake mix
Non-stick cooking spray

That is it! Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.  Makes 24 cookies. The best part is that it is only 98 calories 2.7 grams of fat. That is only 2 weight watchers points!  You can make anything with this recipe; cupcakes, cookies, cake, muffins. I like to add chocolate chips to my recipe and it is only 47 more calories or 1 more weight watchers point! They are delish!
