I love thrifting. It has been a few months since I have made the trek to my local thrift store, but I am always amazed at the slamming deals and cute stuff I come away with.
I was offered an amazing opportunity to use my thrifting skills at my nearest Savers® and I couldn’t be more excited. (Savers has a few different brands, so depending where you’re located, you might also know them as Unique®, Value Village™ or Super Savers Club™. Regardless, they’re where it’s at when it comes to scoring great thrift finds.)
Savers is awesome in so many ways:
- Over 100,000 items on the sales floor!
- Quality designer label and name brand clothing!
- Thousands of quality items arrive every single day!
- Great deals! Amazing selection!
- Treasures at every turn!
- The ultimate treasure hunt!
- Most items under $7!
- Customers can join the Super Savers Club and save even more!
We just moved and we have downsized temporarily so most of our stuff is in storage. A lesson learned from moving is that I need to label my boxes better and not just “kitchen, bath, bed.” When that happens, you don’t really know what is in each box, and when you box up your entire house, it equals to a lot of boxes. Who has the time to go through each and every kitchen box to see the necessities you need to just get through the next six months? I know I didn’t. Nor the patience for that matter.
That being said, I was ready to thrift some things that I need but can’t really find in storage. Like some dishes and bowls and of course a cheesecake spring form set. (Not something I went to find, but something that I obviously need!)
I also have a friend who just moved into her dream home and I was able to find the cutest housewarming gift to give her that she will absolutely love. I found the entire gift at Savers (except for the wine of course,) but I got the basket, the beautiful wine glasses, tea towel and heavy duty (from Italy) wine opener! I almost kept this all for myself! Before delivery I’ll grab some cheese, crackers and some fruit and it will be the most epic gift, if I do say so myself.
So after we went through Savers awesome home section, we made it over to the clothes. I could not believe their awesome selection! I got so many pieces for summer! Dresses, shorts, capris, tanks – the racks went on and on! Here is a little preview of some of the items I scored.
I got so many pieces. I love those white capris. They are perfect for summer and I can pair them with so many of the items that I bought! The shorts are awesome and such a great price. I got one pair with their daily color tag of 50% off! Yes please! Each day they pick a color and choose a % off the tag.
Below I have tried on some of my pieces and you can see what they look like not just on the rack!
This is the perfect summer outfit. I can wear it for almost any occasion. Date night, brunch, shopping, anything!
This pretty coral dress is perfect for summer. I love the color and can wear it to any event and be super comfortable.
Going golfing anyone? I was so stoked when I found this golf shirt! Such high quality and the price was even better. These shirts are so hard to find!
Wear to work, happy hour drinks? You name it. Professional and classic.
This outfit is easy breezy and ready for a cookout!
This little black dress was the perfect find. It is crazy comfortable and the design makes it easy to dress up or down. Heels, or sandal, wedges or even throw in a pair of capris or pants underneath. The possibilities are literally endless on this fave find.
I love all my pieces and most everything was under $7. Some items were $2! I love my addition to my wardrobe and I can’t wait to go back. I moved from a hot state to a cold state. Savers will be my go-to for my fall necessities.
