This is such a cool and refreshing treat. It is so easy. I can’t believe I never thought of it before. I mean, watermelon is made mostly from water after all. There are two ways to make these cubes. They would be perfect in a cocktail, a glass of champagne, some lemonade, or even a glass of water. Your friends would be blown away with this trick.
The first way to make the cubes is to just cut the watermelon into cubes, take the seeds out (or buy a seedless watermelon) place it on a tray and place in the freezer until frozen.
The second way is to puree the watermelon and that way you can put the liquid into ice cube trays, or other trays that have different shapes.
You can also add some mint to each cube if you would like to spice it up.
Enjoy!

Hey Annabelle,
It is seriously so good! So refreshing. And it doesn’t water down the drink! Perfect!
