Buzzfeed put this video together and it is a realistic view of what serving sizes really are. I know for a fact that when I enjoy some delicious Doritos, what I think I consume and what I really consume are a little different. 11 chips go down so easy, and it is hard to just have one serving, amongst the other serving sizes on here that surprise me. Like the avocado serving. How is that just one serving!?!? Check it out. You may be surprised too.
