When I was trying to lose weight (read the latest groundbreaking research) for my wedding, I used this little chart at night when I was watching t.v. Sometimes I was just too tired after work to go to the gym, but I felt as though I was still getting some sort of a work out and catching up with the latest Real Housewives debacle of the week.
Items needed: Jump rope, (or you can jump in place,) and room to move. This 30 min workout can burn 250 calories for a 145 pound woman. I would just end up using the remote to check the time, but a stop watch would probably do wonders.
