6 Make-up Musts For Us 30-Year-Old's

We all have a make-up bag or 4. I have so many different make-up items in so many different bags. But what is the most important? If you just want to get a small make-up bag and keep it with all of your essentials, you can throw it in your purse, or gym bag, and not have to search through 18 different eye shadows to find your mascara. These 6 items are what every gal in her 30's should have and use.

Moisturizer with sunscreen! This isn't make-up, but it is so important and a much needed base for your face before you put your makeup on. This is essential to you makeup bag and face. It can help your foundation rub on smoothly and help your powder sit naturally. And you should never leave the house without sunscreen. It will delay fine lines and facial age spot. Also, you can use the moisturizer to soften your chapped lips, and tame unruly eyebrow hairs.

Concealer. Use this to help hide dark circles and blemishes on your face. Apply a non-creasy eye cream, then use your ring finger to gently dab concealer onto dark areas. Allow it a minute to be absorbed, then carefully blend the edges into skin. The key is light pressure -- if you rub too hard, you'll actually rub the product off.

Tinted lip gloss. Lip gloss with some color in it can change your whole face to look brighter and put together. The gloss can sooth dry lips and make them look fuller and younger looking. Also, if you need to add a little color to your face, you can put a couple of dabs of gloss on your cheek bones and rub it in to get a rosy glow.

Face powder. No one wants an oily or greasy face look. This is perfect for covering any blemishes and can be used as a lighter alternative to thick and heavy foundation. Make sure to apply after moisturizer. Just wait a few minutes for your moisturizer to absorb into your skin.

Mascara. I think we can all tell when a woman is wearing mascara or not. It can really give your eyes a boost and make them appear bigger and sexy. You can be subtle about it and just put on a coat or two, or really make your eyes pop with a few more coats.

Blush. Do you remember your mother ever pinching her cheeks? She was trying to bring some color to her face and look refreshed and glowing. Blush can add so much to your look. It warms up your face and just makes you look pretty. If you need some extra color to your lips, you can pat some blush on them and cover with gloss, or chapstick.
