- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (any flavor you prefer. I love honey or vanilla)

- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 large ripe banana (or other fruits of your choice)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Handful spinach (optional)
- 5 - 6 cubes of ice
- Peel banana and cut into chunks. Put into blender and add ice as well the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
