Rebecca wanted to feel sexy and comfortable while wearing maternity clothes, so she teamed up with Two Peas and a Pod to come up with some designs that she would wear herself. “For me, dressing my bump depended what stage of the pregnancy I was in. At the beginning, I liked baggier clothing with more layers and then once I ‘popped,’ I liked to show the bump and wear tighter-fitting dresses with blazers and slouchy sweaters over them.”

Staying warm without overheating can be a challenge while pregnant, but Minkoff offers up the perfect solution: “I liked wearing our Wes Moto jacket or fur vest when I was pregnant—they worked well with my pregnant figure and were not too bulky.”

“It’s not ideal to spend tons of money on a pricey coat that you’ll only be able to wear during your pregnancy, so Minkoff suggests getting the most out of your money with a wrap coat. “It’s so on trend right now—definitely great for a woman during her pregnancy and after.”

For dressier occasions, Minkoff suggests swapping out your heels and embracing of-the-moment trends. “Sneakers are in right now, so I’d wear my favorite pairs with a dress and a cute moto jacket.”
