When Girl Meets 30

Relieving Sinus Pressure {Enter to Win $25 Gift Card!}

October 20, 2015 By Erin Kennedy 17 Comments

I wrote this post as part of my participation in a blog tour on behalf of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division, the makers of SUDAFED®. I received compensation to thank me for taking the time to participate. However, all opinions expressed are my own. IMG_4138 Do your sinuses feel like this? Closed and stuffy? IMG_4137 When you wish your sinuses were back to feeling like this? Open and clear? I always feel like my sinuses are closed pretty much the entire year. In the summer I am dealing with major allergies, and in the winter I feel like I am battling through the entire cold and flu season with my sinus pressure.

Pain, pressure and congestion seem to be my name of the game. When I am dealing with these issues, obviously I want to try anything that will bring my sinus issues to a halt and to start breathing normal again through my nose.

Relief for me is SUDAFED®. When I take SUDAFED® for my congestion and sinus pressure, it is like a whole new world. It also affects my sleep when I am having sinus issues. I snore, which in turn creates a sore throat and I am up tossing and turning all night. Not to mention, my poor husband has to deal with my issues of snoring, and then he doesn’t get a well rested night’s sleep either.

SUDAFED® has helped in me with my sinus pressure and pain in many occasions to feel like myself again. It has helped me to feel better throughout the day and that also starts with getting a restful night’s sleep. The hubs is also thankful.

Now it is time to enter to win a gift card for $25! Read the entries carefully. Ends 10/29.

    I liked Lorenzo’s car crushing metaphor and Jessica’s underwater metaphor.
