With all the diets, fads, and trends, it can be hard to figure out what the best strategy is to create a healthier life for yourself. But living a healthier, more balanced life involves a certain commitment and regularity. There is no shortcut or magic formula. If you want to create real lasting results. If you really want to transform and regenerate your body, generate more energy and power, and feel more alive than ever, here are the top 3 things to put in place:

The sun: Vitamin D and other vitamins
Sunbathe for about a minimum of 15 minutes per day except during the strongest time of the sun between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. The sun provides the body with a considerable supply of vitamin D, a vitamin necessary for the absorption of calcium. It is therefore important to stock up on this vitamin during the summer and to keep a regular practice of daily sun exposure. The water
Water nourishes the body perfectly with minerals, it allows the circulation of nutrients to the cells and the elimination of waste. Our cells are bathed in water and we are made of 65% water. Drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day, you can increase your water intake depending on your weight. Calculate half of your weight in pounds which gives the amount in ounces you should consume. Physical exercise
Exercise brings our energy and attention back to the body, circulates energy, and detoxifies the body faster. The musculature must support our frame and help us perform various tasks on a daily basis, moreover the musculature guarantees a better metabolism. The best diet will never bring as many results as physical exercise. It helps eliminate waste through the kidneys, colon, lungs and skin. It is recommended to do intense physical exercise at least three times a week and to train with weights or your own body weight. The optimal duration is 20 to 30 minutes per day. One of the best exercises is walking with deep breaths. Watch out for excessive training which can burn your energy stores. Vary the type of sport practiced and use your muscles, cardiovascular system and flexibility.

The most important thing is to engage in an activity that you enjoy. Running, swimming, cycling, mountain hiking, cross-country skiing, yoga, indoor training group classes, whatever exercise you choose, your muscles are working, the circulation of blood is activated, toxins are evacuated, the glands release pleasure hormones creating a feeling of harmony and joy.
