We all know the importance of having breakfast every day, but there have been some studies that prove the reasons behind all that breakfast eating push. Here are some reasons why you should make sure breakfast is a priority.

Coffee: Women who drink 2 – 3 cups of coffee per day are about 15% less likely to die from any disease. For more details about this info, you can click here: Caffeine Proven to Boost Weight Loss

Apple Juice: A glass of this yummy drink is shown to increase memory-boosting neurotransmitters.

Black tea: By drinking daily, it has shown to greatly reduce your levels of the stress hormone cortisol, a study from University College, London.

Eggs:  Eggs are so good for you to eat. They are full of protein and can keep you full for hours. Not only that, but the protein in the egg help to build and maintain metabolism-revving muscle. A study from Louisiana State found that people that ate eggs instead of bagels with the same amount of calories lost 65% more weight!

Yogurt: When you eat a cup of yogurt, it is full of probiotics which is tiny microorganisms that improve digestion that help to curb internal inflammation that is responsible for many health problems, that also includes wrinkles.  The recommendation is one cup of yogurt that contains live active cultures for breakfast, three times daily.

Grapefruit: This delicious and tart fruit contains an important flavonoid (naringin) that helps lower insulin and blocks fat storage. In one study, women who ate grapefruit daily lost an average of 4 pounds in 4 months without making any other changes to their diets!

Cereal: Great source of fiber and for every 10 grams of fiber you eat daily cuts your risk of dying from coronary artery disease by 17%. The fiber helps move artery blocking LDL cholesterol from your body.
